Critical and positive factors
Once the initial analysis is completed and we have
gained the necessary insight, we look at challenges and driving
forces either inside the company or among the parties
concerned, but also externally in the community.
Has the company or the case been in headwind in the media
recently? Is the campaign the first of its kind? Are there,
currently, political attention in this area? Do other parties
struggle with similar challenges and seek solutions?
All such questions are important to be clarified before we draw
up a proper strategy. Barriers and pressures must be identified
and possible countermeasures will be discussed. We are
preparing for how both positive and negative drivers can be
used in the communication process.
