with the customer - and it is essential that staff and other
internal stakeholders are equipped to handle operations and
subsequent response.

motion. Media monitoring, continuous analysis or dialogue with
the audience, evaluation of the participants’
attitudes, etc. ensure that the strategy and reality go hand in
hand on a continual basis. We willingly adjust in order to
maximize the effect.
